Director of Care and Quality
South of England | Up to £95,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate leader to join a well-respected care provider as Director of Care and Quality. This pivotal role will ensure the highest standards of care delivery and compliance across the organisation, driving continuous improvement and excellence in service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing the quality strategy, providing strong leadership to care and operational teams, and ensuring services remain fully compliant with CQC regulations. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Director of Care and Quality will champion a culture of dignity, safety, and outstanding outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on all aspects of care quality and compliance across the organisation.
- Develop and implement robust quality frameworks and governance systems.
- Provide expert guidance to regional and service managers to ensure consistent high standards of care.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring services exceed regulatory expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external regulators, and stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:- Proven track record in a senior care leadership role, with experience overseeing quality and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and national care standards.
