Role Overview: As the Home Manager, you will be a crucial part of our mission to provide the best possible care to our residents. While RGN status is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for a talented individual with strong leadership skills and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of those in our care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of compassionate professionals to provide top-quality care to our residents.
• Quality Care: Ensure that our residents receive personalized, compassionate, and dignified care at all times.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Inspectorate.
• Financial Management: Effectively manage the budget, control costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
