Job Title: Home Manager - Elderly Care

Salary: £52,500 per annum


Bonus: Opportunity to earn an annual bonus 'up to' 40% of your annual salary – with OTE £73,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to provide compassionate care.
• Oversee resident care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
• Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and service quality.

• Previous experience as a Home Manager within elderly care settings.
• Clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Track record of achieving high occupancy rates and improving fees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
