About the Role: Gilbert Meher is excited to collaborate with a highly reputable client in the healthcare sector to find a dedicated and experienced Home Manager for a facility in East Kilbride. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for providing high-quality care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management and operation of the care home.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centered care to residents.
• Lead and inspire a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
• Manage budgets, resources, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Proven experience as a Home Manager in a care home setting.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding care to residents.
