Position: Senior Home Manager
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Qualifications: Ideally NMC Registered Nurse (active PIN desirable, but strong non-nurse managers with proven clinical oversight experience will be considered)
The Role: The Senior Home Manager will take full responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered while maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. The successful candidate will provide strong and supportive leadership to the team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the service operates to its full commercial potential. Requirements:
Good longevity in previous management roles within elderly care
Solid track record of achieving positive CQC outcomes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and support staff
Commercial awareness and confidence in managing budgets, occupancy, and overall business performance
Comfortable with training, staff development, and implementing best practice initiatives
NMC PIN desirable but not essential for candidates with significant elderly care management experience
