Registered Manager – Nursing Home

Location: Warrington

Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead a well-established Nursing Home in Warrington. This role offers the chance to make a real difference by ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered, while driving the success and continued improvement of the service.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished leader with proven management experience within the care sector. A background as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) is highly desirable, though not essential, as long as the candidate can demonstrate strong clinical understanding and the ability to lead both nursing and care teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inspirational leadership to staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and person-centred environment.
• Ensure the service meets and exceeds CQC requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to deliver excellent outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

• Proven track record in a management role within elderly care.
• RGN qualification highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
