Registered Manager – Residential Service

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a small, specialist residential service in Inverness, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and neurological conditions.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will:
- Provide strong and supportive leadership to your team.
- Ensure the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy effectively.
- Work closely with families, professionals, and the wider community to promote independence and wellbeing.
About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within adult social care.
- Holds a sound understanding of learning disabilities, mental health, and neurological conditions.
- Is confident in managing staff, resources, and regulatory requirements.
- Has a proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Ideally holds (or is working towards) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
