Job Description:

Role: Registered Care Home Manager (RGN essential)
Location: Belper
Salary: £65,000
 
We’re recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing home offering elderly and dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive clinical excellence and inspire a passionate team.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Full operational responsibility for the nursing home, ensuring CQC compliance and excellence in clinical care
• Lead on cultural transformation, working with staff to build a values-led, person-centred approach
• Drive staff engagement and development, including mentorship, training, and career progression
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and quality metrics to ensure the home meets both clinical and commercial objectives

 
What we’re looking for:

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
• Proven experience in managing nursing or residential care homes
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Experience in change management or culture transformation is highly desirable
• A passion for delivering high standards of resident care
