Gilbert Meher are partnered with a growing, family-owned care home group on their search for a HR Business Partner to implement and drive best in class HR practices across their portfolio of 10 care homes throughout Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and London. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Director to improve the the operational HR functions within the business, ensure robust compliance across the portfolio and to work with the HR and Operations teams to main a culture of learning and development. Due to the business being in growth mode, there are natural career progression opportunities that will arise for candidates who hit the ground running.
My client is interested in speaking with CIPD qualified HR professionals with 3 years' experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within a care home environment. Sector relevant experience is essential in this role as they need an individual to be able to support other HR staff who originate from outside the sector. The role will be mainly office based in Borehamwood with an element of travel throughout the portfolio.
