Role: Home Manager
Location: King’s Lynn, Norfolk
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Bonus
 
Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for excellence and a track record of success in large care home settings? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our 106-bed care home in King’s Lynn, delivering outstanding care and fostering a thriving environment for residents and staff alike.
 
About the Role
As the Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our already strong CQC ratings while driving occupancy and building strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and maintain financial performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring sustainability and growth.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture within the home.
 
About You
  • Proven experience managing a large care home, ideally with 100+ beds.
  • Strong track record in driving occupancy and delivering excellent care standards.
  • Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) is desirable but not essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
