Home Manager – Dementia Specialist Nursing Home

Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE

The Role:
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing and dementia care, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and drive continuous improvement across the home. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence, dignity, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the home
- Ensuring exceptional standards of dementia and nursing care are consistently delivered
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
- Building and sustaining positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Driving team performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and development
- Managing budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability
About You:- Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with an active NMC PIN
- Proven track record as a Home Manager within a nursing or dementia care setting
- Strong understanding of dementia care best practice and person-centred approaches
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement and achieving outstanding outcomes
