Job Title: Director of Operations
Reporting to: CEO
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: Wallingford and travel throughout Oxfordshire
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Holiday: 33 days including Bank Holiday
Closing Date: 15th January 2021

The Director of Operations is a key member of the Style Acre Senior Management Team and is responsible for delivering high quality services to people in our supported living and day opportunity services. The successful candidate will be a proven leader, able to inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team. They will be able to build and maintain positive relationships and demonstrate a passion for what we do whilst role modelling our key values: Caring, Respect, Honest, Ambitious and Collaborate.
