Basic salary between £40,000-£47,500 DOE. Also receive £5K CA and Pension Scheme.
Gilbert Meher are working exclusively with one of the UK's leading care home providers on their search for a Projects & Compliance Surveyor to manage all aspects of compliance projects such as Fire and Water Risk assessments (FRA & WRA). Reporting into the Contracts and Compliance Manager, you will provide support as well as professional and technical advice across multiple business disciplines and wider compliance discipline within the Property & Estates team. You will be expected to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in operations and finance departments whilst managing small to medium sized projects and refurbishments with full oversight on budget and delivery.
As you will be expected to provide advice on FRA and WRA actions and responsibilities to Property Managers, Care Home Managers and Regional H&S Advisors, my client is seeking a people-person who can make an impact right away. This really is an opportunity to work cross-functionally in a leading care home business so the ability to work with others and communicate well is key. Individuals should also demonstrate a high-degree of self motivation and a drive to ensure consistent standards and attention to detail.
My client is seeking someone with qualifications in FRA & WRA and would ideally want an individual NEBOSH qualified with a HNC/HND in Building Studies although this is not essential.
