Role: Regional Manager – Complex Care
Location: Yorkshire (multi-site role)
Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing complex care provider who is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to oversee services across Yorkshire.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader with a strong background in complex needs care, including support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, neurological disorders, or acquired brain injuries.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership across multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care
• Support and develop Service Managers, driving quality, compliance, and staff engagement
• Maintain and improve CQC compliance across the region
• Deliver on financial performance targets, budgets, and occupancy
• Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, commissioners, and external partners
• Drive service development and continuous improvement

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Regional Manager or Multi-site Leader in specialist or complex care settings
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in complex care
• Background in learning disability, mental health, neuro, or ABI services
• Excellent people management, leadership, and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets
• A collaborative and strategic approach to service improvement
• Driving licence and flexibility to travel across Yorkshire
