Salary: Circa £80,000 per annum DOE


About the Role: Gilbert Meher is delighted to partner with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a dynamic Regional Manager for the north of Scotland. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple care homes, providing strategic leadership and operational support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to care homes within the designated region.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all facilities.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of Home Managers and care teams.
• Implement quality assurance processes and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with Home Managers, staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.

• Previous experience as a Regional Manager or Senior Home Manager within the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• A proven track record in improving care standards, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and improving the lives of residents.
