Support Manager – Luxury Elderly Care
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum
Sector: Elderly Care / Nursing / Luxury Care Homes
An exclusive opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Manager to join a prestigious care provider, supporting a portfolio of high-end, luxury care homes across the Birmingham region.
This is a pivotal role within a forward-thinking organisation renowned for delivering outstanding care in beautifully designed environments. The successful candidate will work closely with Home Managers, offering operational support, driving compliance, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple luxury care settings.
  • Support Home Managers with audits, regulatory compliance, and service improvements.
  • Deliver expert guidance on clinical governance and person-centred care.
  • Act as a key liaison between regional teams and senior leadership.
  • Step in with hands-on support during periods of change or challenge.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC PIN desirable but not essential).
  • Proven background in elderly care, ideally within luxury care environments.
  • Previous multi-site or senior management experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and a passion for excellence in care.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
