Registered Home Manager – 60-Bed Residential Home
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Home Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding residential care? This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established 60-bed service in Huddersfield, supporting older adults in a warm, person-centred environment.
As the Registered Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home — driving quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting staff development, and maintaining an exceptional level of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated care and support team.
  • Maintain excellent CQC compliance and quality outcomes.
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, and occupancy to ensure the home’s continued success.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
  • Promote a caring, inclusive, and empowering culture throughout the home.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up.
  • A track record of achieving or maintaining ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards).
What’s on Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £60,000 per year.
  • Supportive senior management team and excellent company culture.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • Performance-related rewards and recognition.
If you’re a confident and compassionate leader ready to make a genuine impact in a high-quality residential care setting, we’d love to hear from you.
