Role: Registered Manager
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead a large residential care home in Ipswich. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-focused leader with a proven track record in improving both occupancy levels and private fee-paying markets.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the team, embedding a culture of quality, safety, and person-centred care.
- Drive occupancy growth through effective marketing, relationship building, and community engagement.
- Increase the proportion of private fee-paying residents by positioning the home as a provider of choice in the local market.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets effectively and deliver strong financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a large care home setting.
- Demonstrated success in increasing occupancy and private fee-paying numbers.
- Strong commercial acumen alongside a passion for delivering outstanding care.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
