Registered Nursing Home Manager

Location: Cannock, UK

Salary: Up to £73,000 per annum (DOE)

Are you an experienced Registered Home Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our clients team as a Registered Home Manager for their established care home based in Cannock. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the delivery of exceptional care to our residents while ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Requirements:

  • NMC Pin Essential: Candidates must possess a valid NMC pin, showcasing their qualification as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 3 Years Home Manager Experience: We require candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in a managerial capacity within a care home setting.
  • Experience Handling 40+ Bedded Homes: Candidates must have demonstrable experience managing care homes with 40 or more beds.
  • Good CQC Experience: Experience with and a strong understanding of CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards and regulations is crucial.
  • Exclusively for Nurse Candidates: This position is exclusively open to candidates with nursing backgrounds. Non-nurse candidates will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the care home operation, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.
  • Provide strong leadership and support to the care team, fostering a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including those set by CQC.
  • Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial performance to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
