Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong and effective leadership across all aspects of the care home
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
• Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure operational efficiency
• Foster a positive and supportive working environment for staff development and retention
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager is essential
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and a proven track record of successful inspections
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
