Registered Home Manager – Sleaford Area
Salary: £46,000 - £56,000 DOE + 15% Quarterly Bonus + Shares + CQC Incentives
 
I’m working exclusively on an excellent Home Manager opportunity with a values-driven, quality-focused care provider based near Sleaford (NG34). This is a high-performing 40+ bed nursing and dementia service set within a character property that’s been sympathetically extended to retain its homely feel while delivering modern standards of care.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a highly competitive package and the opportunity to lead a stable and well-supported team. The provider has created a strong internal development pathway, including progression to Regional Support Manager for those who want to take that next step.
 
The package includes:

  • £46,000 - £56,000 depending on experience
  • 15% bonus based on SMART objectives, paid quarterly
  • CQC compliance reward scheme (up to £9,800 for Outstanding)
  • £1,000 CQC registration bonus
  • Eligibility for shares in the business
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
  • No weekend on-call – protected time off
  • £500 bonus for completing NVQ 5 or 7

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and retain a motivated team delivering exceptional care
  • Ensure full occupancy and maintain a strong reputation in the local community
  • Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with regulations
  • Manage compliance, finances, and operations to ensure long-term success
  • Act as an ambassador for the home with families, professionals, and regulators
 
What we’re looking for:
  • At least three years’ experience as a Deputy Manager in elderly care (nursing or residential)
  • NVQ Level 3 or above (or nurse-qualified) with willingness to study NVQ 5/7
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive occupancy
  • Must live within 30 miles / 30 minutes of the home
