Registered Manager – Residential & Nursing Home
Sleaford
£60,000 – £65,000 DOE

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized residential and nursing home based in Sleaford. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record in care home management to take ownership of a service and drive forward high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective leadership and management to the home, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for residents.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and local authority requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated staff team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
• Manage budgets, resources and occupancy levels effectively.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring the home delivers safe, person-centred, and compassionate care.

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a residential or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to improve standards, occupancy and staff performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A clinical background (Registered Nurse qualification) is desirable but not essential.
