Location: Lichfield 

Salary: £52,000+ DOE

Type: Full-time

Description:
Are you a dedicated and experienced Clinical Registered Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity in elderly care? We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our clients team in Lichfield. 

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively to optimize resident care.
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with valid registration.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in elderly care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
