Our esteemed client, a reputable care home provider, is currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join their team. With a competitive hourly rate between £20-21.50, our client offers flexible contracts of 36, 44, or 48 hours per week in a medium-sized care home.

Position: Registered Nurse
Shifts: Day/Night
Specialization: General Nursing and Dementia Nursing
Key Requirements:

• Previous care home experience as an RGN is preferable.
• On-site parking is provided for convenience.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate all aspects of the client's care needs, providing health supervision and direct nursing care when necessary.
• Assess the social and health care requirements of new clients, consistently reviewing and evaluating the needs of existing clients.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, adhering to NMC guidelines and company policies.
• Administer prescribed medications and accurately record the administration following the company's procedures and NMC guidelines.
• Exercise utmost integrity in handling clients' personal and financial affairs, avoiding any misuse of the privileged relationship established with clients.
• Oversee and provide guidance to junior and new staff members within the care home, offering assistance and direction as needed.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions or courses, whether on-site or off-site, as necessary.
• Foster effective communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, offering administrative support when required.
