Join our esteemed client, a leading care home with nursing based in Crewe, as a Registered Nurse and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20 and a 36-hour contract, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.


Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
• Conducting regular health assessments and administering medication.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Monitoring and responding to residents' needs and emergencies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Building positive relationships with residents and their families.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in a care home setting.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding care.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
