We are seeking a dedicated Residential Deputy Manager to join a large, luxury residential home in Leicester. The Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager to ensure smooth operations and the highest levels of care. You’ll provide leadership and support to the staff team, oversee care planning and compliance, and ensure residents receive the person-centred care and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Home Manager with the overall management and performance of the home
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding care
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
  • Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of the care team
About You:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a care home setting
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and care compliance
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and enhancing the lives of residents
