Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

The Role:
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the home. You will lead and inspire your team to provide person-centred care, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing all aspects of the home’s operations
• Ensuring the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care
• Maintaining compliance with all CQC and legislative requirements
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
• Driving continuous improvement and supporting staff training and development
• Managing budgets and resources effectively

• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy within a care home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in residential care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A compassionate approach and commitment to achieving outstanding care standards
