Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of care and safety.
  • Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resources to enhance the quality of care provided.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and review care plans in collaboration with residents and their families, promoting individual choice and independence.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where staff feel valued, motivated, and empowered to excel.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting, with a track record of driving excellence in care delivery.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for residents and staff alike.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing the provision of residential care services.
