Location: Stirling
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 DOE

The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational performance. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the running of a large care home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team
• Promote a culture of dignity, choice, and respect for all residents
• Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing, and care quality effectively
• Maintain excellent standards of governance and clinical care (if applicable)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Registered Manager position within a care home setting
• Proven track record of driving positive outcomes in care quality and operational performance
• RGN qualification is desirable but not essential
• Strong knowledge of care regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
