Role: Registered Manager – Large Residential Care Home
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (Dependent on Experience)
 
Are you an experienced and driven Registered Manager with a strong track record of delivering high standards in elderly residential care? We are seeking a passionate leader to take the reins of a large, well-established residential care home in Nottingham.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, forward-thinking provider at a pivotal time of growth and development.
 
The Role
As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, quality, and commercial success of the home. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care and excellent outcomes for residents, with a focus on quality, compliance, and occupancy growth within the private-pay market.
 
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership and home management experience, ideally within a large residential setting
  • A proven track record with CQC, achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes
  • Experience working within the private-paying market, with an understanding of expectations around service quality, hospitality, and family engagement
  • Excellent staff management and development skills, with a focus on retention and culture
  • Good longevity in previous roles – we are seeking someone who wants to build long-term success
