Children’s Registered and Deputy Managers (Solo Homes) – Up to £85,000 OTE
We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Managers and Deputy Managers to join a growing organisation, delivering high-quality care across West Yorkshire (Leeds, Huddersfield, Bradford) and Greater Manchester.
The services support children and young people with complex needs, including learning disabilities, communication difficulties, and neurodevelopmental disabilities. The organisation are committed to providing nurturing, structured, and therapeutic environments where young people can thrive.
Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
Salary and Benefits:- Salary up to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to £80,000
- £5,000 joining bonus
- Fully funded Continuous Professional Development (CPD), including the opportunity to complete a Level 5 Diploma (if not already achieved)

About the Role:As a Registered or Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of a
solo children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will develop and maintain individualised care plans, lead your team effectively, and work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Candidate Requirements:- Have proven experience supporting children with complex needs, including learning and communication challenges, and/or neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Demonstrate a high level of patience, resilience, and creativity in their approach to care and leadership.
- Have a sound understanding of the factors that drive behaviours and possess a strong belief that behaviours can be understood, supported, and changed.
- Are committed to delivering trauma-informed, child-centred practice.
- Hold (or are working towards) a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Are motivated, professional, and committed to promoting continuous improvement and positive outcomes.
