Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 + Commissioning Bonus (OTE £100,000+)

We are proud to be recruiting for a Commissioning Home Manager to open and lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art luxury residential dementia care home in Sheffield. This is more than just a home, it’s a place designed to provide comfort, dignity, and the very best in person-centred care.
About the Role:
- Full responsibility for commissioning and launching a brand-new luxury dementia care service
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing, compassionate team
- Oversee all aspects of care quality, compliance, occupancy, and commercial performance
- Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where residents can truly thrive
What We’re Looking For:- Proven experience as a Home Manager, ideally with previous commissioning success
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- A deep understanding of dementia care and a passion for excellence
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to achieve and maintain ‘Outstanding’ ratings
- Commercial acumen and a resident-first mindset
