The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, service, and reputation of the home from day one. They will be responsible for all aspects of commissioning, from building strong relationships with stakeholders and recruiting a first-class team, to ensuring compliance and embedding the provider’s values of excellence, compassion, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning of a brand-new luxury care home from pre-opening through to full occupancy.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the provider’s values.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
- Drive commercial success through effective marketing, community engagement, and occupancy growth.
- Create a positive, enriching environment for residents, families, and staff.
The Ideal Candidate:- Proven track record as a Home Manager, ideally with experience commissioning new services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to outstanding care.
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on occupancy and financial performance.
