They will be responsible for all aspects of commissioning, from building strong relationships with stakeholders and recruiting a first-class team, to ensuring compliance and embedding the provider’s values of excellence, compassion, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning of a brand-new luxury care home from pre-opening through to full occupancy.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the provider’s values.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care in line with CQC standards.
- Drive commercial success through effective marketing, community engagement, and occupancy growth.
- Create a positive, enriching environment for residents, families, and staff.
The Ideal Candidate:- Proven track record as a Home Manager, ideally with experience commissioning new services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to outstanding care.
- Commercially astute with a strong focus on occupancy and financial performance.
