Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – Luxury Nursing Homes
Location: Rugby & Warwickshire
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic | Competitive OTE
A leading luxury elderly care provider is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support their beautiful nursing homes in Rugby and the surrounding areas. This group is renowned for delivering exceptional care within elegant, high-end environments.
Role Overview
The CRM will be responsible for managing the private admissions process, building strong relationships with families and referrers, and ensuring a seamless, empathetic journey for all prospective residents. They will work collaboratively with Home Managers and regional teams to drive occupancy and maintain the brand’s premium market positioning.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, show rounds, and assessments, delivering a first-class experience to families and professionals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local referrers, hospitals, GPs, and community networks
• Maintain an accurate and effective sales pipeline to achieve occupancy targets
• Work with Home Managers to implement local sales initiatives and strategies
• Understand local market trends and competitor activity to inform proactive outreach
• Represent the brand at networking events and community engagements

• Experience in a CRM, Sales Executive, Admissions, or Business Development role within elderly care, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
• Proven ability to manage a client pipeline and convert leads into successful admissions or bookings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust
• Professional, empathetic, and aligned with the values of luxury care provision
• Flexibility to travel across Rugby and Warwickshire homes as required

• Basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
