Role: Customer Relationship Manager – Luxury Care Homes
Location: Leicester
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE + Bonus (OTE £100k)

The Role:
As Customer Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading all aspects of the sales and admissions process – from enquiry to move-in. You’ll be the face of the home for prospective residents and families, guiding them through what can often be a sensitive and emotional journey, while consistently meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
 
What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record of sales success within the luxury care, private healthcare or hospitality sector
• A genuine passion for person-centred care and building long-lasting relationships
• Confidence in converting leads, managing pipelines, and exceeding KPIs
• Strong local market knowledge and the ability to build partnerships in the community
• A professional, polished approach with exceptional communication skills

 
The Package:

• £60,000 – £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• OTE £100,000+ with a generous, performance-based bonus scheme
