Job Title: Deputy Manager – Dementia Care Home
Location: Gainsborough
Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you a compassionate and experienced care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at a warm and welcoming 45-bed dementia care home in Gainsborough.
About the Role: As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the overall care and operational duties of the home
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times
  • Support staff development through supervision and training
  • Help ensure compliance with CQC and other relevant regulations
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
About You:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 or willingness to work towards it preferred)
  • Previous experience in a senior care role, ideally in a dementia care setting
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
