Are you a clinically strong Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a passion for leadership and a track record of delivering high-quality care? We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a specialist nursing service in Rotherham, supporting adults with complex needs.

This purpose-built, modern care home provides exceptional nursing care for adults living with:
- Complex needs associated with dementia
- Mental health conditions
- Neuro-disabilities, including Huntington’s disease
- Physical disabilities

About YouWe’re looking for a strong clinical leader who can inspire a team, uphold best practice, and ensure compliance with CQC and internal standards.
Essential:- Active NMC pin – Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Previous home management experience
- Previously achieved a “Good” CQC rating for a service
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding
- Experience supporting residents with complex and long-term conditions
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
