Job Description:

Role: Registered Care Home Manager (RGN essential)
Location: Belper
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
 
We’re recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing home offering elderly and dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive clinical excellence and inspire a passionate team.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee daily operations of a residential and nursing care home
• Lead and support clinical and non-clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authority standards
• Build strong relationships with families, regulators, and the wider community
• Promote best practice in care and drive continuous improvement

 
What we’re looking for:

• At least 2 years of experience managing a care home
• Strong knowledge of elderly and dementia care
• A nursing pin is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
