Day rate: £400-500 per day

We’re looking for a talented HR Business Partner who brings heart, commercial insight, and a flair for people-focused leadership—ideally with experience in the care sector or luxury hospitality.
In this permanent role, you’ll be a key player in delivering our HR and business strategy across your region. You’ll create and execute people plans that support operational excellence, ensure top-tier employee experiences, and embed a high-performance, compassionate culture.
From handling complex employee relations and overseeing payroll and recruitment processes, to coaching leaders and supporting talent development—you’ll help us build strong, capable teams that deliver exceptional care and service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid HR generalist experience in the care, healthcare, or luxury hotel sector
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and recruitment
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and compliance frameworks
  • Experience in unionised and regulated environments
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with a degree preferred
  • Empathetic, solutions-focused, and confident in stakeholder management
