Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Essex
Salary: £65,000 per annum + bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing care home in Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking care provider that places both residents and staff at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing team including Clinical Leads and wider care staff.
• Drive the delivery of exceptional standards in clinical care, compliance, and governance.
• Collaborate with the Operations Team and Deputy Manager to maintain excellent service provision.
• Manage risk and ensure full compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Support recruitment, development, training, and performance management of staff.
• Monitor clinical standards through regular audits, reviews, and supervision.
• Represent the home positively within the community and regulatory bodies.

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential and/or nursing care home.
• Strong background in elderly and dementia care.
• RGN qualification and active NMC pin preferred but not essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and compliance frameworks.
