Job Title: Nursing Home Manager
Location: Croydon, Surrey
Salary: £65,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Care Home Manager to lead a well-established residential and nursing care service in Sevenoaks. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, people-focused care group that prioritises clinical excellence, staff development, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a motivated care team, including Clinical Leads and support staff.
• Deliver and maintain high standards of clinical governance, care quality, and operational compliance.
• Work closely with the Operations Team and Deputy Manager to implement and uphold best practices.
• Champion resident safety, rights, and dignity, and maintain strong communication with families.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding practices, and health & safety requirements.
• Drive recruitment, retention, training, and performance development initiatives.
• Engage with local stakeholders and represent the home positively in the community.

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
• Strong background in elderly and dementia care is essential.
• RGN/RMN qualification and active NMC pin desirable but not essential.
• Confident leader with sound knowledge of CQC standards.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
