Quality Support Advisor
Location: Aberdeenshire
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + benefits + company car
We’re currently working with one of Scotland’s most trusted care providers to recruit an experienced Quality Support Advisor to join their team. This role covers care homes across Aberdeenshire (with some wider travel as required) and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on service quality, governance, and best practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinically qualified leader (RGN, RMN or RNLD) who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and supporting care home teams to deliver outstanding care.
The Role
- Support quality improvement and governance across multiple care homes in the Aberdeenshire region.
- Develop and update clinical policies and procedures, embedding best practice across services.
- Analyse outcomes from KPIs and implement Service Improvement Plans.
- Act as an advocate for residents and colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Support care home leaders to deliver against the organisation’s Quality Framework.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Learning & Development, Engagement, and Hospitality to drive innovation and improvement.
- Lead by example, working hands-on with care home teams to showcase best practice.
What We’re Looking For- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with current NMC registration.
- Strong leadership experience and clinical knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of Care Inspectorate standards, regulations, and governance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A collaborative, values-driven approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Full driving licence (essential).
The Offer- £55,000 – £60,000 per year
