Home Manager – Nursing Home

Location: Hinckley

Salary: Up to £80,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-regarded nursing home in the Hinckley area. This is a fantastic chance for a motivated individual to take on a senior role within a home that has an excellent track record of strong CQC reports and a reputation for delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, driving quality standards, and ensuring residents receive the highest levels of person-centred care. This role is open to both nurses and non-nurses with proven experience in managing care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong and supportive leadership to the staff team
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and continue the home’s history of positive outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in care quality and operational performance
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

• Previous experience in managing a care home or similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
• Nurse qualification is welcome but not essential
