Role: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Salary: up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
We are working in partnership with a forward-thinking, growing care provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their purpose-built, specialist service in Rotherham.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager – or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up – to lead a dedicated team and shape the future of a modern, state-of-the-art service.
About the Service
The home provides specialist support for adults with profound learning disabilities and/or autism, often with complex health needs. It offers both residential and step-down care, including a smaller supported living-style setting for individuals who require a lower-stimulus environment or want to develop independent living skills.
The team includes Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Life Skills Facilitators, all trained in Positive Behaviour Support, functional analysis of behaviour, active support, Makaton and autism-specific approaches. The aim is to create a truly person-centred, empowering environment where residents can thrive.

As Home Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the service – leading by example, inspiring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. You will have the autonomy to shape your service, supported by robust systems and strong central resources.
