Care Home Manager – Elderly Care

Location: Abram

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong, inspirational leadership to the care team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
• Oversee all operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the home.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in care quality, staff development, and resident satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Care Home Manager in elderly care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
