Role: Regional Director
Location: South East
Salary: c. £85k per annum
We’re looking for a Regional Director to join our Executive Leadership Team and take strategic and operational responsibility for a portfolio of 6 care homes across the South East of England. This is a high-impact role for someone who can lead from the front, support home managers, and deliver exceptional standards of care, compliance, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and empower Home Managers to deliver outstanding person-centred care
- Drive performance across occupancy, staffing, finance, and resident satisfaction
- Ensure full regulatory compliance (e.g., CQC) across all homes
- Champion staff development, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with HR, Quality, Finance, and Compliance teams to support day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For:- Proven track record in multi-site or regional care home management
- Deep knowledge of care regulations and CQC standards
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Financial acumen and the ability to deliver results
- A background in nursing or social care is a strong plus
