Regional Manager – Residential & Nursing Homes Location: Midlands (Regional role)

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Benefits

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee a small portfolio of high-quality residential and nursing homes across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record in operational management, compliance, and service improvement within the adult social care sector.
The Role As Regional Manager, you will provide operational leadership and strategic support to Home Managers across your portfolio, ensuring each service consistently delivers safe, high-quality, and person-centred care. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive performance, maintain financial sustainability, and uphold excellent relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Home Managers to achieve and maintain ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings.
  • Oversee operational performance, compliance, staffing, and occupancy across all homes.
  • Drive quality improvement and ensure the delivery of exceptional care outcomes.
  • Support and develop management teams to enhance leadership capability and staff engagement.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring commercial and operational targets are met.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
About You
  • Experienced Regional or Multi-Site Manager within the residential or nursing care sector.
  • Demonstrable success in turning around services and achieving compliance excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in adult social care.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Clinical background (RGN/RMN/RNLD) desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the Derbyshire region.
