Job Description:

Role: Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Spalding
Salary: £55,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality dementia care? We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled leader to take the helm of a well-established, medium-sized residential care home in Spalding.

About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider committed to delivering exceptional care to older adults, many of whom are living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong, effective leadership to the care team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and CQC standards
• Promote a person-centred approach to care
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a culture of excellence

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
• Strong background and understanding of dementia care
• Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams
• Sound knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in social care
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
