Role: Registered Manager – Large Residential Care Home
Location: Hull
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a well-established, large residential care home in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a proven track record in managing large-scale care services and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
 
What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a large residential care home, or within multi-site care services
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A passion for driving continuous improvement and achieving excellence in care
• Ideally, a background in turnaround projects – improving services, compliance, and quality outcomes
• A sound understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements
