Role: Registered Manager, Supported Living
Location: York
Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 + Excellent Benefits

I’m working with a well-respected, forward-thinking care provider that supports individuals with sensory impairments and additional disabilities. They’re now looking to appoint a passionate Registered Manager to lead their supported living services across multiple sites in York.

The Role:

• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals across supported living services
• Ensure person-centred care is delivered to the highest standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance
• Drive service improvement, quality assurance, and innovation
• Play a key role in transformation and potential automation initiatives

• Registered Manager qualification and proven experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Deep understanding of CQC requirements and care legislation
• Experience working with people with sensory loss or additional disabilities
• Track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings
• Ability to juggle priorities and lead services across multiple locations

• Salary of £39,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 with service), plus bank holidays
